Graduation Practice

Thursday, May 15 practice begins at 12:10 pm

Friday, May 16 practice begins at 9:00 am

Any senior who does not attend practice will not participate in Graduation Ceremonies unless prior arrangements have been made.

Graduation: May 16, 2008 7:00 pm. Dr. Gary Johnson Activity Center

Graduation Rules:

Attire:

Girls: Are to wear a nice dress, skirt/blouse or slack/blouse. Shoes are to be some form of a dress shoe. This does not include flip-flops

Boys: Are to wear a collar shirt with tie, slacks and dress shoes. No flip-flops

Students will arrive with their cap and gown in hand. They will not be allowed to have any other items, (i.e. silly string, inflatable balls, and air horns) No visible writing or decorations will be permitted on the cap or gown.

No cell phones or I Pods

If students show up with the inappropriate attire, they will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Graduating seniors are to arrive by 5:45 – designated area will be announced during graduation practice.

Main doors will not open until 6pm.

Seating:

All guests are asked to be in their seats by 6:50. Any guests not seated at 6:50 will be requested by personnel to find an available seat.

Graduation will start promptly at 7pm.

We will also ask that cell phones be turned off by 7.
