PSAT
Skiatook High School offers students the opportunity to take the Preliminary SAT (PSAT) on October 12 at the Activity Center. Students may only take the test on this date to enter National Merit scholarship programs and gain access to college and career planning tools. Additionally, practicing and taking the PSAT provides standardized testing experience that will help students prepare for other standardized tests such as the ACT and AP tests.
I would like all the students enrolled in English AP III classes to take the test. Students may sign up in the counseling office no later than September 9. The fee is $15. If the expense is challenge, the student should speak to me for alternate arrangements.

To register online for the ACT go to www.actstudent.org
If you are an American Indian and Mrs. Mahan will be paying for your ACT test you must turn in the packet to her at least two days before the deadline.
