eFunds for Schools
Skiatook Public Schools is pleased to announce that beginning today, you can now pay for your child’s school fees online. The district has partnered with eFunds for Schools to provide this service. Visit the following address:
https://payments.efundsforschools.com/v3/districts/56361/
To get started, you will need your child’s lunch number. If your child is new to Skiatook Public Schools, then they cannot use this portal currently. Once the student has enrolled and assigned a lunch ID number, then you can use the portal.
You can pay the fees as a guest, or you can create an account and link your children together to make one payment to cover all fees available at this time.
If you choose to pay as a guest, you must use a debit or credit card to complete the transaction. There is a 2.65% surcharge charged by the provider of this service for using a credit or debit card.
If you choose to create an account, you can pay with your checking account OR debit/credit card.
Some commonly asked questions:
-Can I still send a check/cash to the school to pay for things?
Yes, you can.
-What about lunch bills?
Those are only paid from within the student Wengage portal, or paid in person. eFunds does not process lunch payments.
-What about other student fees?
The district will be adding fees such as high school parking passes in the future to this portal.
-The service/surcharge fee. Does this go to the school district?
No, it goes directly to the service provider (eFunds for Schools).
-Will I get a receipt?
You will get a confirmation of payment sent to the email address you choose
-I have three students at Skiatook. Can I pay the fees for all if they go to different sites?
Yes, you can. Assuming there are fees at the sites your children attend, you can link all the fees into one payment.
-What fees are available today for online payment?
High School Extracurricular drug testing, athletic passes for high school athletes, and the Marrs Elementary class fee. Other fees will be added soon.
-Are these fees mandatory?
Not all fees are mandatory. If a fee for your child is necessary (example: the high school extracurricular drug testing) then you will need to pay this before participation in extracurricular activities is allowed.
-Is there a listing of the fees?
When you visit the site, once you have put in your child’s lunch number, it will list the fees that are applicable to your child according to the site they will attend.
-My child has never attended Skiatook Schools, but will soon. Can I pay online?
Yes, once they are enrolled and have a lunch ID number.
