New Student Enrollment

 

Beginning with the 2019-20 school year, Skiatook Public Schools has introduced an online student registration portal to replace handwritten enrollment packets.  Parents/Guardians will still need to provide Required Enrollment Documents (see below) at the Education Service Center in person.

During the COVID-19 School Closure, the Education Service Center is closed.  Parents/guardians are able to upload their Required Enrollment Documents into the Registration Gateway Online Enrollment system through the Mobile Capture feature.  The Mobile Capture process sends a link to the cell phone number that the parent/guardian provides during Online Enrollment that allows the parent/guardian to take a picture of the specified required document and upload it into the Registration Gateway Online Enrollment system (carrier text and data rates may apply).

Skiatook Public Schools Required Enrollment Documents

  • Proof of Residency (current Utility Bill - disconnect/final notices are not accepted)
  • Current Driver’s License (With Residency Address)
  • Certificate of Live Birth (with state seal)  
  • Immunization Records (up-to-date)
  • Guardianship or Custody documents (if applicable)
  • CDIB and/or Tribal Membership Cards (if applicable)

New Student Enrollment During the Summer

 

During the summer, new students will enroll during the New Student Enrollment Day on July 30,2020 from 8am to 5pm in the High School Commons Area (1000 W 4th Street).  If you are unable to attend the July 30th enrollment you can enroll your child at the Education Service Center beginning July 31st.

 

Annual Enrollment Update

 

Skiatook Public Schools is pleased to announce a new online Annual Enrollment Update process that replaces our previous hard copy, enrollment packet for returning students in the 2020-2021 school year.  The timeline for the Annual Enrollment Update varies at each school site during the spring semester.  Regardless of when the process starts, all students need to complete the Annual Enrollment Update by the end of the school year.  The Annual Enrollment Update window will be closed from Monday, May 25, 2020 through Monday, June 8, 2020.

 

To begin your child’s Annual Enrollment Update please enter the following url into your internet browser:  https://cas.skiatookschools.org

  • A screenshot of the Annual Enrollment Update landing page is below.  Use the following information to enter the portal for your child:
    • Username:  Student ID (6 Digit Lunch Number) 
    • Password:  Student Birthdate (MMDDYYYY)
    • Click on Login

  • Click on the Annual Enrollment Update link on the Log In Successful screen to start the process.
