Skiatook Staff and Community,
It is that time of year when inclement weather can develop or enter our area. Skiatook Public Schools collaborates with local emergency management to determine when the Skiatook Elementary Gym/Shelter needs to open to the community during severe weather and only during the designated times outside of school and school activities.
The shelter will open when a tornado watch becomes an immediate threat to our immediate area or a warning is issued, with updates posted at www.skiatookschools.org.
