Recently, Mr. Kitchen took some of his jazz students to attend a saxophone masterclass hosted by NSU Jazz Studies Program. What a great opportunity to learn from a talented saxophonist!
Ms. Steffens’s 6th-grade literary superstars wrote their very own short stories—complete with epic custom illustrations, official author bios, and heartwarming (or hilarious) dedication pages! The class held an exclusive read-around session, trading their freshly minted masterpieces and showing off their storytelling talent.

Coach Henderson's 8th Grade science class learned about independent and dependent variables with a Bubbles Lab. They had to use the Scientific Method to identify a hypothesis, variables and then chart their data.
Mr. William's Life Skills students had the opportunity to learn what to do in an emergency, practice chest compressions, and build confidence in responding when someone may need help. These are real-world skills that can make a difference when it matters most!
