If your student required a residency affidavit for the 2025-26 school year, then you will need to complete a new affidavit for the 2026-2027 school year. You can complete the affidavit at the Education Service Center located at 355 South Osage. The person you live with will need to accompany you with their valid driver's license and their current proof of residence (electric, water, gas or trash bill). You will also need to bring your valid driver's license.
Your child will not be enrolled in the 2026-27 school year until the new affidavit is complete.
