PRE-ENROLLMENT: PreK and Kindergarten pre-enrollment is now open today! (Monday March 23). With limited availability in our Pre-K program, pre-enrollment helps make sure your child has a place. Listed below are steps how to pre-enroll your student.
To begin with:
Request Sylogist Account (if you do not previously have a Sylogist account)
Then:
Log into Sylogist
Click Student Records Portal
Click "add new student"
From there, you go through 3 steps:
Students Information
Contact information (anyone you want access to student)
Documents
On required documents you will need a Current Utility Bill, Current Driver's License (not expired), Birth Certificate and Immunization records.
Once all required documents are complete you will click "submit to site"
Please note: If you complete pre-enrollment, you will still need to attend PreK and Kindergarten Round-Up on April 2nd. Be sure to bring your child with you on that day.
Below are the details for PreK and Kindergarten Round-Up:
Enrollment Date: Round-Up will be April 2nd from 8:30am-4:30pm at the Brooks Walton Activity Center (BWAC). Please bring your student with you when you come. You do not have to participate in Round-up if your student is currently enrolled at Marrs Elementary. This is for NEW STUDENTS only.
Pre-K Eligibility: Children who will be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2026 and live in the Skiatook School District boundaries are eligible for our free full day preschool program.
Possible Limited Pre-K Number: Depending on enrollment numbers there is the possibility that we would not be able to accept all Pre-K students. During the enrollment process we will document the date and time of all completed enrollment packets and Pre-K students will be placed according to a first come, first served basis.
Requirements to bring to Enrollment Round-Up: A parent or legal guardian must be present to enroll students. Please have the following documents when you arrive:
Proof of Residency (
Current Utility Bill - disconnect/final notices are not accepted)
Current Driver’s License (With Residency Address)
Certificate of Live Birth (With State Seal) An original state-certified birth certificate for Pre-K (age 4 on or before September 1) or Kindergarten (age 5 on or before September 1) is required.
Immunization Records
The School Nurse will be on site to approve shot records. The Skiatook location of Osage County Health Department will be open 9 a.m.-3:30pm for walk-ins to provide immunizations if needed. They are located at 5265 W C Rogers Blvd, Skiatook OK 74070.
Miscellaneous Items
Guardianship or Custody documents (if applicable)
CDIB and/or Tribal Membership Card of Student or Parent (if applicable)
*Please note if you do not have all of the above requirements you will be asked to leave your spot in line and return to the back of the enrollment line once you have all of your requirements.
